Injection overmolding
or insert molding
Injection overmolding is the plastic coating of a component, completely or partially.
This procedure occurs by inserting the component to be overmolded into the cavities of the mold and then, with the injection process, the desired part is covered.
Arte Plast creates plastic-metal overmoldings using different polymers.
Through this process, the customer can obtain an overmolded product made up of metal and different types of plastics.
